Chris Gaillard is a Licensed Massage Therapist, trained in Swedish, Thai, and sports-focused techniques highly suitable for active bodies. He has been CrossFitting with Vintage CrossFit in Houston since they opened in 2013, and he is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. His selective practice is focused on athletes and other active individuals who can benefit from his particular insights and experience.
